BAY BREEZE RV Rules and Regulations Update. July 2026

All guests must register before entering the park. 361-404-0239

All rates include 2 people. Each additional person is $5.00/day. Guest must register with park.

1. All rents are due in advance of scheduled stay or day of. Rents and electric are due the first of every month.

2. Pets must be on a leash. Customers shall not tie up pets outside and leave them unattended. Owners must clean up after their pets. Loud and bothersome pets will not be tolerated. Any animal that has been deemed dangerous by Bay Breeze RV Park, county, or state officials is strictly prohibited.

3. Customers will respect their neighbor's right to quiet enjoyment of their RV space. Loud music, excessive noise, firearm discharge and fireworks are not permitted.

4. RV spaces should be kept clear of trash and debris. Customers will dispose of their trash in the dumpster provided or designated area.

5. All fish cleaning and hunting cleaning must be done at the boat dock, or away from RV park. no exceptions!

6. Children under the age of 12 years of age shall not be unattended while in the RV park.

7. Bay Breeze shall have the discretion in its judgement to prohibit any RV'S, that do not appear to be well-constructed and/or well-maintained. No storage sheds, no storage trailers permitted without permission.

8. All vehicles are to park on assigned RV pad. Vehicles are not allowed on the grass or on roads. If flushing boat; on road: is permitted for short period of time. One vehicle in overflow with permission and room permitting. If you have any thing in overflow it must be moved weekly for mowers to access area. Not for vehicles not being used.

9. Speed limit in the park is 5 mph.

10. Boat and/or boat trailer may be stored on pad with RV'S room permitting.

11. Used and contaminated motor, hydraulic, and 2-cycle oil shall be disposed of at patron's own expense and off RV Park premises. Old batteries shall be disposed of in accordance with the law.

12. All tenants will obey all other rules and regulations that may be established from time to time by Bay Breeze RV Park management.

13. Wooded decks are permitted with permission. However wooden steps exiting the RV are allowed.

14. Bay Breeze RV Park is not responsible for injuries, loss, damaged, or claims for damage to self/property due to fire, theft, accident or other causes.

15. Any violation of the above rules and regulations and/or violations of the State of Texas Penal Laws may be subject to tenant lease termination and/or eviction at the discretion of Bay Breeze RV ParK management
